We do not supply product refunds however, with a proof of purchase, if your product packaging or electrical equipment is not functioning, we would be happy to replace or provide you with a salon credit.
Gratuities are never added to our services. The amount of the gratuities you leave for your service is always left to your discretion. Gratuity features are available for your convenience through MasterCard, Visa and Debit transactions.
